KN Legal Welcomes Law Clerk, Summer Intern

Anees is currently pursuing his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, having graduated from Texas A&M University with an engineering degree in 2020. While pursuing his engineering degree, Anees interned for distribution companies. Before joining KN Legal, he clerked at Berg & Androphy. He assists in client matters for incorporation, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, and other legal matters. Anees is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.

Sara is a rising senior at the University of Texas at Austin, where she studies biology, economics, and core texts and ideas through the Polymathic Scholars Honors program and Jefferson Scholars program. She plans to attend law school and is the head print editor of the Texas Undergraduate Law Journal.

Sara has interned for Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger Law. At KN Legal, she assists with research regarding various client matters.
