His leadership roles at Baker Hughes spanned Oman, Iraq, and India, supporting multimillion-dollar projects and multinational teams across the Middle East and North Africa.

Ashley’s work has included developing financial controls for high-value energy infrastructure, managing strategic budgeting cycles, and implementing integrated project finance systems for complex engineering and field operations. He has led project risk and profitability reviews, vendor audits and renegotiations, and was instrumental in financial planning for Oman’s first Integrated Well Services Pilot Project. Ashley has been known for aligning financial frameworks with operational strategy and has played a key role in driving fiscal performance, compliance, and system efficiencies.
