Asmaa Albokhari is a Trainee Associate at KN Legal. She supports the firm’s commercial practice, focusing on contract management, corporate compliance, and legal advisory. Asmaa is pursuing an LL.M. in International Commercial and Technology Law at the University of Manchester, where she is enhancing her knowledge of cross-border transactions, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks.

Asmaa provides support in drafting and managing commercial contracts, company incorporations, conducting legal research, and offering counsel to clients.

Before joining KN Legal, Asmaa worked as a legal officer in Saudi Arabia, focusing on company compliance, contract management, and proposal drafting. She also interned at a commercial law firm in Saudi Arabia, gaining experience in contract review with a focus on labor and commercial law. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in both Saudi Arabian law and international commercial practice.
