Licensed to practice law in New York, Ayman has served in senior legal roles within international finance institutions and private sector companies across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

  • Advising on complex commercial contracts, including supply agreements, NDAs, and multiparty transactions
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions on cross-border regulatory matters, including sanctions, export controls, and anti-dumping exposure
  • Leading compliance initiatives related to forced labor, CSR, and supplier conduct, including drafting policies and training operational teams
  • Performing legal due diligence and risk assessments for project finance operations, equity investments, and Islamic-compliant facilities
  • Drafting and revising governance documents, contract templates, and position papers for internal and external stakeholders
  • Representing legal departments in tribunal proceedings, employee disputes, and management committees
  • Collaborating with external counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure legal integrity and operational efficiency in international transactions
