He has led significant acquisitions in the Middle East’s banking, insurance, and technology sectors.

Toufic maintains a reputable portfolio of technology companies, mainly in the UAE and Lebanon. He advises corporate, banking, and hedge fund clients on their businesses, including structuring and establishing investment schemes.

He has consistently been ranked in Chambers & Partners, IFLR, and Legal 500.

  • Advising National Bank of Bahrain – KSA Branch with preparing all Islamic and conventional banking documents and agreements.
  • Advising a KSA digital bank in connection with drafting the personal account terms, corporate account terms, microfinance terms and conditions, wakala etc.
  • Advised FFA Private Bank in connection with preparing its securities account forms, including the general terms and conditions, KYC forms, fiduciary agreement, margin lending agreement, pledge of securities agreement, and classification forms.
  • Advising Emerging Investment Partners in connection with offering equity interests to investors for pooling and acquiring a stake in a leading regional manufacturing company, including drafting all transaction documents such as the Investment/Subscription Agreement, the Shareholders Agreement, the CEO Agreement, the Put/Call Option Agreements, and other undertakings.
