Yousef Alwatban is a trainee at KN Legal’s Al Khobar office. Currently, he assists with advising and representing employers, developers, engineers, contractors, and government entities in various contentious and non-contentious matters across the Middle East.

Yousef attended the Alasala Colleges School of Law. He previously interned at the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the Department of Combating Commercial Concealment and the Department of Commercial Control.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 

  • Handle criminal, labor, and commercial cases in full compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case memoranda to support litigation and advisory work.
  • Prepare and manage litigation files, including drafting pleadings, compiling evidence, and coordinating hearings before Saudi courts and governmental bodies.
  • Carry out company formation procedures and align company contracts with applicable laws.
  • Visit governmental authorities to complete legal procedures and sign on behalf of clients or companies in a professional and legally compliant manner.
