Chung Jin Chung Joins KN Legal as Head of Asia Practice

Before joining KN Legal, Jin was a Senior Legal Counsel at Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) for more than five years. He has 14 years’ experience, advising companies on their energy projects around the world and has experience across the energy value chain (particularly oil & gas) in developed markets and emerging markets.

Jin is a specialist mediator at Singapore International Mediation Centre, chair of Energy & Resources Committee at LAWASIA (The Law Association for Asia and the Pacific), an international arbitrator at Korea Commercial Arbitration Board International, and chair of Energy & Nature Resources at International Association of Korean Lawyers.

Notably, Jin is a co-founder of ENERAP/Energy Related Arbitration Practitioners (Korea Chapter), an advisor at Korea Plant Industries Association and Korea Water Partnership, and co-chair of Energy & Industry Committee at Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Canada) in Korea.

Jin is fluent in English and Korean.
